Artificial gravity

This is all about centripetal force.
As we all know gravity is also a force that we can feel and this force is the consequence of centripetal force due to earth's rotation.
It may be from earth's individual rotation or the revolve of earth around the sun through orbit.
if in case rotation is the matter it can be defined as the speed of rotation of earth is constant and make it feel 1G(9.8 meters/second)force.we know g-force can be increased when the velocity increases.
For feeling 1g-force earth spins at 460 meters per second(at equator).
It can be conclude that gravity can be artificially created by spinning an object even in space.
Then,here is the fact gravity is not a force that is owned and produced by earth.It is the by product of another force.
I should tell this gravity is also related with space time that so gravitational time dilation is proposed.
